Triple-distilled, original single pot still Irish whiskey made from malted and unmalted barley, matured in bourbon barrels and then transferred to Pedro Ximenez sherry and fortified Marsala wine barrels from Sicily. The aroma is sweet, candied fruit and caramel apples. The taste is smooth and velvety, with sweet accents of spices, fruit, honey and notes typical of sherry. The finish is long and warming.
