A unique, full of character and flavor combination of triple distilled single pot still and single malt whiskeys aged in American oak barrels. Every year, Bernard Walsh selects a dozen or so unique barrels, the contents of which, after mixing, are bottled with cask strength. Each edition of this whiskey is full, strong and aromatic, produced in limited, several thousand bottles of splines. A bold and complex whiskey with notes of ginger, pepper and toffee in its aroma, and notes of toasted oak, biscuits, dark chocolate and sweet vanilla in its flavour. The finish is exceptionally long and complex.
