This whiskey is made using a proprietary mashbill that is 80% rye, 15% corn, and 5% malted barley. Its deep amber hue is complemented by a complex bouquet of sweet oak, fresh herbs, and spice. On the palate, it is remarkably smooth, with intense flavors of dried fruits, baking spices, and toasted oak that give way to a long, warm finish. This whiskey is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
