The rest of the blend is 10% chardonnay (Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger). On the nose, youll find floral notes, evolving towards warmer, more spicy notes, the company reports. The palate is red fruits (gooseberry, cherry, cranberry) bread, brioche, spices and coffee and smoky notes.
