All grapes used in the production come from the same vintage, and their production takes place only in those years in which the producer considers the grapes to be of a sufficiently high quality. This champagne matures in the cellars for a minimum of 7 years before it sees the light of day. Produced from a blend of Chardonnay wines. The only champagne to score 98/100 in Parker’s famous wine guide.
